What is the Waterproof Rating of my TentCot?

Our TentCots have a 100% waterproof rating under standardised testing. This does not include condensatory moisture as a result of having the TentCot fully closed up whilst inside. Note the TentCot must have ventilation ports open when fully closed up.

Is my TentCot washable?

Yes, to clean the TentCot, simply set up in a position out of direct sunlight, such as a shaded area and hose down. Cot can be fully open to clean. A light brush with a sponge or washing brush can also be done with mild soapy water.

Are accessories available for my TentCot if I lose parts?

Yes, all distributors carry spare parts inventory. Notify your place of purchase what you require and we will arrange delivery for those parts. Note, fees and charges apply to spare parts.

What insects can penetrate the No-See-Um Mesh?

We know of only one insect that can fit through the mesh. Luckily it is not present in most areas where you will use your cot. It is a small sand midge found in the desert. Most insect mesh nettings cannot stop this little critter, but we’re working on it.
